HIKING: Pacific Crest Trail: B: I-5 to Highway 140

Description

Section B of the Pacific Crest Trail in Oregon runs 54 miles from I-5 near Siskiyou Pass to Highway 140 near Fish Lake. Unfortunately, this section is one of the lowest and driest in both Oregon and Washington and its proximity to roads and logged areas eliminates any wilderness feeling that it might otherwise have had.<br />
<br />
Along the way the trail passes Ashland, OR; Little Pilot Peak; Highway 66 at Green Springs Summit; Road 100-90; Hyatt lake Recreation Road 100-90; Hyatt Lake Campground; Hyatt Lake Resort, Ashland, OR; Road 39-3E-15; Wildcat Glades Road 39-3E-11; Grizzly Creek; Rogue River National Forest; Road 3720-740; and South Fork Little Butte Creek.
